We are aiming in helping schools to find teachers with their rank who can help schools to achieve their missions and visions with the competitive knowledge and strategies.

On the other side we help teachers to find their desired school related to their location, salary, type and level preferences.

With Teachers’ Networking Project, Teachers are Registered, Interviewed, Re-trained, Documents checkup Satisfied and Security Checked.

Our system will connect teachers and school directly. School will have to create an account to login and look for the preferred teacher and request direct to Teachers Junction who will be need to confirm being satisfied with all necessary information from a particular school.

  • Teachers’ Networking Centre Project based on finding Teachers from the Schools, Colleges, Universities and Streets, these teachers may be job seekers, fresher’s or job dissatisfied. With Teachers’ Networking Project, Teachers are Registered, Interviewed, Re-trained, Documents checkup Satisfied and Security Checked.

  • Our system will connect teachers and school directly. School will have to login and look for the preferred teacher and request direct to Teachers Junction who will be need to confirm being satisfied with all necessary information from a particular school.
    NB: All necessary Information from Teacher to School employer will be displayed except identified information will not be displayed. Undisplayed Information are:-
  • 1. Not Teachers Name (Just Registration ID)
  • 2. No Teachers Phone number
  • 3. Not Schooled Name (Only Pass mark will be seen)
  • 4. University gradated (Only University name will be shown)
  • 5. Former School (Only working experience time will be shown)
  • 6. Photo (Only ID Registration will be seen)

  • Payment Structure

  • 1. Registration will undergo three stages
  • a. Pre-Registration Process (Free)
  • b. Teachers Services request costs is free.


Online Teachers Networking Centre System provides direct link between schools and Teachers within the United Republic of Tanzania. Teachers’ Junction will have all teachers’ Information but employer will be limited to see some information for security purpose as named above.
